NEW Effective cards have been added to the Sep 09 list so restrict or take them out if you are using it in a deck from this tourney. Also the secondary round requires a MATCH duel.

Now here's the rule to this.

1 - The opponent that are supposed to duel eachother must find time and duel asap.
2 - After their duels a third party duelist such as me will duel the person that won.
3 - Then if we have new sign ups these sign up will be assign to duel one of them, or waited in the third party pile.

The more you duel the more victor you get the more chance you get to be 1st place. This isn't about winning or loses but how many duels you've won. And I know some of you may think dueling until the deadline to avoid dueling a third party duelist will be easy, well here's what you are doing.
1st - You are risking your chance should you ever have only 1 duel to be last or 3rd place.
2nd - You are lagging this as much as possible because irregardless, there are no deadline not until I see positive results, which is why I said 1 duel so we can move on quickly to our next opponent.

Those that loses will also get a chance to duel those that are defeated in the Secondary Round. Check your profiles because you'll be using your dueling points by 10 whenever you won a duel from this tourney, and 5 for just dueling and failed. Your points is what will average who the victor is. Further more check the video to see how I paired you guys. Also sign up are still open for those that still wants to sign up so visit this link. Okay, since sign up are increasing, those that signs up find the top 4 spot in which you are located. You may duel anyone from the green color regardless you were 1 up from them.

We will begin the secondary round from the 27th. I suggest those that are in the same row start dueling asap to avoid less timing because there are DQ, and those that have already duel regardless of wins and loses are 1 step ahead of you to make it to the final.
