Arcana Force 0 - the fool is on this deck because of it cannot be estroyed in battle
Of course this deck focuses on The Worlds First effect, and on geting it out as fast as possible
Athena Has a realy good effect for Getting The world on the feild
Bazoo x 1 + Scout Plane x 2 = sacrifeses for the world
Cyber for Direct Attack or tribute
Heatrix for searching for valhalla
Shining angel for searhing or being a tribute for Athenas Effect or Monster Gate

Spells

Foolish Burial for droping the world or Scout plane
Heavy storm for helping with a direct attack
Lightning Vortex for whiping opponents field out, so that you can attack directly
Monster Gate for searching for Athena or The world
Monster Reborn Of course
MST you never know when you will need this
Reasoning same as monster gate
Scapegoat for a tribute for monster gate, since i thougt i could use them as sacrifises for the worlds effect
SORL For giving me some time
UWS for getting The worlds power up
Valhalla for special summoning the world

May I ask what's a wrong effect in an Arcana deck? I mean to me they are both right lol. And what's a World Lock card?

for the first question:
in MOST cases, when you summon an arcana monster, you flip a coin. The Arcana Monster
the gains an effect according to the coin toss' result. Heads usually meaning good and tails bad.
For example: Arcana Force XIV - Temperance's Heads effect is: Halve all battle damage you take.
However her Tails effect is: Halve all battle damage your opponent takes. so you really want to get heads all the time^_^.

for the second question:
World Lock is not a card. it is something that refers to Arcana Force XXI - The World's Heads effect:send two monsters you control to the graveyard, skip your opponent's turn. meaning you lock your opponent. basically he won't ever have a turn!
