now, since no one is a E4 I'll just take the people with the highest amount of badges. Problem is, there are too many people with one badge. So the champion will be settled between two trainers. These trainers are Toxis and Deng. You two will do a match duel with each other using your theme deck. The winner of this match shall be champion!!
